DESCRIPTION

South African Bulbs and Tubers – 10 Packs of Seed

You are bidding for 10 packs of seeds, from a variety of bulbous plants that originate from South Africa. Remember this offer is for seeds which will grow into bulbs/tubers – not the bulbs themselves.

The varieties are:

  1. Agapanthus campanulata – Bell Agapanthus
  2. Albuca maxima -Tamarakka
  3. Eucomis autumnalis – Pineapple Lily
  4. Gladiolus splendens – Sword Lily
  5. Kniphofia northiae – Red Hot Poker
  6. Kniphofia tysonii – Giant Red Hot Poker
  7. Lachenalia carnosa – Cape Hyacinth
  8. Lachenalia namaquensis – Cape Hyacinth
  9. Lachenalia violacea – Cape Hyacinth
  10. Zantedeschia aethiopica – Arum Lily

All are easy to grow, most are easy to flower. Some types may flower within 4 years of being sown. All are interesting and unusual types.

This is a quick and easy way to start a collection of these fascinating plants and represents an excellent saving over individual purchases. Please note this is for SEEDS of these plants not the bulbs/tubers

I always sell seeds that I have experience of growing so the instructions provided represent 1st hand experience. These instructions may change over the course of time (as I find out more about the plants and seeds) but the details that you will be provided with, at purchase, represent the latest version. I will always combine shipping wherever this is possible and all auctions finishing within a SEVEN day period will qualify.  If I have not sent an invoice, please e-mail me for a combined invoice when you have finished bidding/buying, doing this will almost certainly save you money. 

Due to the varying weights of the seeds it is not possible to apply a standard discount without overcharging for the majority of cases.  Additionally I cannot apply a postal discount unless PayPal payments are combined.

All seeds sold are fresh and are stored in conditions suitable to promote the viability of that particular type of  seed.  All plants are guaranteed to be free from disease when supplied. 

Germinating seeds and growing plants are subject to many other factors including the conditions under which they are raised (including but not limited to: Light, moisture, soil, humidity) and the skill of the individual grower.  As the vendor, such  factors are completely outside of my control and all seeds and plants are supplied on this basis.
