Once an order is packed or dispatched, only returns are permitted per our 14-day Return Policy. Any return fees, including administration and return shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in original, unused, and unopened condition.

All items are sold as brand new and 100% genuine.
6.2 Packaging
Items may arrive in packaging that varies from local versions. This may include different languages on boxes or manuals, or plugs specific to other regions. We ensure items operate in English and offer a travel adapter if needed.
6.3 Bulk Package (White Box Lens)
Some camera lenses may come in “white box” packaging. These lenses are brand new but removed from camera kits and may be labeled as “bulk” or “white box.” They function the same as lenses in original packaging.
6.4 LTE/3G Frequency Bands
Frequency bands are listed on product pages where applicable. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility with their network carriers. Network issues are not eligible for refunds under the 14-Day Return Policy.
6.5 Product Inspection
We conduct random quality checks to minimize defective items. Due to this process, some goods may not arrive sealed.
7. Customs and Import Duty
