ZOOZEE TRADING LTD offers a 14-day Return Policy for all customers. You may request a return for most items within 14 days of receiving the shipment. All returns should be sent to our designated warehouse.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, ZOOZEE TRADING LTD accepts cancellations only if the order is still in the processing state. Once the order is packed and/or shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation and will fall under our 14-day Return Policy.
Order cancellation must be submitted by a cancellation ticket. Cancellations requested via other forms of contact, such as email, will not be accepted.
14-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind and wish to return an item under our 14-Day Return Policy, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss or dispute.
If your item arrives defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to a manufacturer’s fault, ZOOZEE TRADING LTD will arrange a courier pick-up service for return.
Please note: The customer is responsible for any return in transit. ZOOZEE TRADING LTD will not be liable for any return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
To return an item for any reason, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased from ZOOZEE TRADING LTD.
- The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- You have received authorization for your return request.
- The item is returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
- The item is in its original packaging and in the condition you received it, including all accessories, materials, price tags, and any free gifts.
- The item is returned to ZOOZEE TRADING LTD within 14 calendar days after your return request is authorized.
Please return items to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice, and include your return form.
Refund Policy
Once your returned parcel is received, ZOOZEE TRADING LTD will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been issued.
A full refund or replacement may be issued if:
- The item was purchased from ZOOZEE TRADING LTD.
- You have received authorization for your return request.
- You have included a copy of your receipt/invoice with the return.
- The item is returned within 14 days of authorization.
- The return reason is due to issues related to ZOOZEE TRADING LTD.
Additional Return Policy Notes
- Items, accessories, and packaging must be returned in their original and undamaged condition.
- ZOOZEE TRADING LTD reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear mishandled.
- If a return is deemed unacceptable, the customer must pay for return shipping fees to have the product sent back to them.
- ZOOZEE TRADING LTD is not liable for loss or damage of items in transit during returns. You may opt to use insured postage at your own expense.
- For missing items or accessories, we will resend them after an investigation with the courier.
